The cost of your home inspection is a lot less than the cost of not getting it inspected. Our
prices are competitive in today’s market. If you want the whole
house, basement, crawlspace, attic, garage, apartment, shed and
doghouse inspected, then you should represent this accurately. We
will be happy to accept the “Habitable area” figure that is found on
the tax records, or multiple listing forms as long as it represents the
home as it exists. If you want it inspected, include it. If
you don’t know the square footage, it doesn’t matter we can schedule
your inspection anyway. We will determine it before the
inspection. We will always be fair and guarantee your satisfaction.
